FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: incision of skin and subcutaneous fiber is started by leaving 2 cm outwards against the middle line at the level of umbilicus from the right. Incision is continued cross-sectionally till crossing an anterior axillary line. Then under manual control, the hand being upon posterior surface of sheath aponeurosis of rectus muscle of abdomen, the second incision is performed vertically from costal arch, by leaving 2 cm from the middle line, and joined with the first one. After that, both leaves of the sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen are dissected. Rectus muscle should be separated into layers along its fibers. One should cross its lateral portion in area of both incisions joining. The developed fragment of anterior-lateral abdominal wall is directed outwards. EFFECT: lower traumaticity of interference.
