SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for determination of pathogenic subspecies of Fusobacterium necrophorum subspecies necrophorum in a sample. Method involves synthesis of oligonucleotide primers, synthesis of complementary DNA on genome DNA matrix and amplification of synthesized complementary DNA by the polymerase chain reaction method. Method involves using oligonucleotide primers № 180 and № 190, and analysis of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is carried out in 1.0% agarose gel. Method can be used in veterinary.
