Method involves synthesis of oligonucleotide primers 5'-TAG-ATT-CCA-GAC-CGA-CCC-3' and 5'-GGA-AGG-GAT-ACA-ACG-GGC-3' and synthesis of complementary DNA on DNA matrix. Then amplification of synthesized DNA is carried out by method of polymerase chain reaction and polymerase chain reaction products size is analyzed.
