SUBSTANCE: method for identification of tularemia pathogen subspecies Francisella tularensis subsp. tularensis, Francisella tularensis subsp. mediasiatica and Francisella tularensis subsp. holarctica, comprising steps of microorganism DNA isolation from the studied material and conduction of two amplification reactions with the obtained DNA. A set of designed specific primers to the variable portions of tularemia microbe RD6 field, wherein the set consists of three primers: RD6-com ATACTAGCTTCAATCTCTGTGG STTT, RD6-hol ATGCACTGGTTGGAATACAAATC, RD6-tul CACATAGCAAATTAGTTGGATATGGA, and the second of two primers: RD6-del1 AACAATACCAACACTATTGAGTAAAA, RD6 -del2 AGCCATGCAATTATTAAAGC. Tularemia pathogen subspecies is defined based on the specific amplificate size in case of the first amplification reaction, if it is 212 bp and 85 bp in the second, Francisella tularensis subsp. holarctica is registered, if it is 425-91 bp, respectively Francisella tularensis subsp. tularensis is registered, and for 419-85 bp Francisella tularensis subsp. mediasiatica is defined.

EFFECT: invention expands the range of tools to identify the three main subtypes of tularemia microbe.
