SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a lighter. The lighter comprises a housing having a fuel supply, an activating unit movably connected to the housing to ignite selectively the fuel, and at least two separate contact areas, so that the user can exert sufficient force or torque with at least two fingers to overcome torque/force required to activate the piezoelectric element, dispensing the fuel, for the flame, in which the activating unit comprises at least one inner surface.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a simple and safe lighter.
