FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining calibration coefficient for each reaction mixture before detecting polymerase chain reaction product accumulation signal as a result of measuring fluorescence radiation intensity issued by calibration substance showing fluorescence intensity dependence on temperature at two different temperatures. The calibration substance is added to each reaction mixture in equal concentrations before starting reaction. The mentioned coefficient is used for adjusting fluorescence radiation intensity data on accumulating polymerase chain reaction product.
EFFECT: reliable polymerase chain reaction data normalization.
