SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a highly sensitive test system consisting of a ready PCR mixture, Taq-DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, positive control and negative control, which enables to detect genome of peste des petits ruminants virus in the shortest possible time. There are developed oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescent-labeled probe for amplification and detection of M gene section of PPR virus: Forward CCCAT/GGTG/AAGA/GGTCATCG; Reverse CT(A/C/T)CCGACT/GGGGGGAGA; probe FAM CC+TGGTC+TGGG+AGACAG BHQ1. "+" sign shows nucleotides with LNA modifications.

EFFECT: invention can be used to detect RNA of all genetic variants of PPR viruses in samples of a wide range of pathological and biomaterial for the purpose of stating and specifying clinical and laboratory diagnostics in veterinary science.
