SUBSTANCE: method can be used for forming roller surface of massager for treating spinal column. Roller surface is formed by individual selection of rollers for specific parts of back of any patient. Conditional vertical axial line of spinal column and longitudinal axial line of roller surface of roller surface are taken as base reference lines. Map-scheme of patient's spine is determined by comparing parts of spine along horizontal line to the right and to the left from conditional axial line. Required shape of roller is found against any vertebra to form roller surface of massager. Efficiency of treatment is provided due to forming of roller surface for any individual patient at early stage of treatment originating from peculiarities of his/her problem areas or separate points of spine.
