FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of noninfectious spinal diseases and damages including lumbosacral radiculitis, scoliosis, spondylosis, kyphosis, osteochondrosis, displacement, subluxation traumas and other vertebra disorders, posttraumatic conditions for correction and prevention of lumbar and thoracic spine diseases. Concussor contains cavity package functional surface of which is designed as couch with rectangular aperture and equipped with thermal elements by two sides of couch rectangular aperture. Travelling assembly with rail-guided paired rollers is installed inside of package. Travelling assembly is provided with longitudinal-forward mechanism in form of kinematic chain consisting of jaw, cam, chain gear wheel and reducer connected to corresponding electric drive. Massage trolley with paired massaging rollers is designed as balancing lever rotation axis of which is pivotally connected to balance arms in vertical plane parallel to massage trolley direction and jointly forms central pivot. Axes of paired massaging rollers are pivotally connected to balance arms in planes perpendicular to massage trolley direction and jointly form lateral pivots. Paired massaging rollers are mounted in couch rectangular aperture. Concussor contains electrovibrator established on massage trolley, contraction unit on travelling assembly equipped with contraction sensor and associated electric drive and program block with remote control panel with emergency button. Input of program block is connected to output of contraction sensor and outputs with electric drives of longitudinal-forward mechanism and contraction unit, electrovibrator and thermal elements. Contraction unit represents four-bar lever mechanism each link pair of which is pivotally connected by one end to balancing lever axis of massage trolley. Its other end is rigidly connected to corresponding axis of paired rollers of travelling assembly. Jaw of longitudinal-forward mechanism is also rigidly connected with axis of one paired rollers of travelling assembly. Additional link of contraction unit is rigidly connected with axis of other paired rollers. Ends of contraction unit electric drive are pivotally connected to jaw of longitudinal-forward mechanism and additional link of contraction unit. Central pivot of massage trolley is provided with lower and upper platforms on which electrovibrator and pulsed magnetic field source with magnetisation axis perpendicular to massage trolley direction are fixed respectively. And input of pulsed magnetic field source is connected to output of program block.
EFFECT: simplified design of concussor; downsizing and provided of higher efficiency of therapeutic effect.
