FIELD: veterinary virology.
SUBSTANCE: the method deals with growing passaged cell culture (coronary vessels of cow's fetus) due to microtechnique in 96-cell cultural plots. Cell culture should be supplemented with the virus at the dosage of 1-10TCD50/cell, cells should be incubated with the virus for about 1.5-2 h. Then it is necessary to introduce antiviral preparation in nontoxic dosage of 50±1 mcg/ml. The mixture should be incubated for 48 h at 37±0.2°C under atmospheric conditions of 5±0.2% CO2. The innovation enables to suppress viral reproduction at decreasing the concentration of antiviral preparation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
