WAY OF MANUFACTURING OF INACTIVATED BIVALENT VACCINE AGAINST VIRUS DIARRHEA AND ADENOVIRAL INFECTION OF CATTLE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61K39/295 C12N7/00 A61P31/12 

FIELD: medicine; veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: way includes incubation of strain B-10 of an adenovirus in culture of cells, collecting of the cultural liquid with infectious titre of the virus 6-7 lg "ТЦД"₅₀/ml and antigen reception. In addition incubation of the Origon strain of virus diarrhoeia is carried out in culture of cells, collecting of the cultural liquid with infectious titre of the virus 7-8 lg "ТЦД"₅₀/ml and antigen reception. Then the received antigens of adenoviral infection and virus diarrhoeia of cattle are inactivated using formalin to 0.2-0.3% of final concentration at temperature 37-38°C within 72 hours at pH 7.2-7.4. They are concentrated 5 times using PEG - 6000 in final concentration of 10% and 8% accordingly in the solution of sodium chloride of 0.5-0.6 M, admixed in equal volumes, an official adjuvant - hydroxide of aluminium is added to 1.5-2.5% of final concentration in a ready vaccine.

EFFECT: reception of the harmless vaccine creating long and intense immunity in an organism simultaneously against virus diarrhoeia and adenoviral infection of cattle.
