FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has partitioned unit with blasting tuyere composed of coaxially arranged parts pressed of refractory materials and made in the form of truncated cone or truncated pyramid. Said parts are partly enclosed at their larger side into metal enclosure having shape adequate outer surface of blasting unit and equipped at larger side with gas supplying pipe. Gas-distributing cavity formed by metal block is arranged between flange and blasting unit. Metal enclosure has outer flanges or metal angles welded thereto and is secured to partitioned unit by ramming refractory mass. Blasting tuyere channels oriented in gas flow course are defined by lengthwise protrusions on one of joined truncated conical or trapezium-shaped components of blasting tuyere, which are defined by profile of pressing jig.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, guaranteed blast capacity of tuyere and prolonged service life of apparatus.
