FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: rail crossing consists of base, railway sleepers laid on base top, outside and inside rubber panels located at both sides of each rail, which are connected with each other by metal braces in longitudinal direction of rail axis and inside panels there are rods connected at crossing edges; in transversal direction panels are connected by fastenings made metal I-beam girders which tee-parts are inserted into moulded grooves in edges. In this solution braces will pass in round holes of I-beam girder walls and in special open channels formed in panels.
EFFECT: this solution allows creation of rail crossing with optimised rigidity of structure and dynamic integrity of rubber deck and decrease in labour intensity and cost of panels.
