FIELD: ballistically proof fabric and materials.
SUBSTANCE: the offered fabric has unidirectional ballistically proof yarn threads positioned at least in two layers. The mentioned layers are positioned at an angle of 90+-5 deg. with respect to each other, the mentioned ballistically proof yarn threads are stabilized by interweavings of the second fabric, and the mentioned second fabric is formed of threads having a considerably lower breaking strength and a coefficient of elasticity as compared with the ballistically proof yarn. The offered ballistically proof material is made of a great number of layers of the ballistic fabric describer above.
EFFECT: produced high-strength ballistically proof fabric and material that can be used in various combinations with other materials in armored vests and other armored pieces.
