FIELD: electrical engineering and electronics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plug connector that can be used for connecting power supplies to electric and electronic circuits and to switch them over has plug and socket, as well as lock capable of retaining wiper in such position that contact pins or strips of plug 7 are free to enter contact jacks. Lock triggering button is provided in center between contact jacks in vicinity of entrance of plug pins in jack that can open lock when plug shroud pushes it as it enters plug socket. Contact jacks are made in the form of curved flexible terminals in which pads at ends of curve are either contacting one another or are spaced apart through distance shorter that thickness of plug pins or strips; they have projections on one of ends disposed in depressions provided in wiper for them to shift wiper and to clamp contact pins or strips when lock is opened.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of contact junction, facilitated connection and disconnection of contacts.
