SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of electric engineering. Plug and socket joint comprises socket, plug coupler with electric cord, lever provided with electric cord holder and plug ejector. The lever is mounted on socket in such a way that under action of electric cord tension force it interacts with plug ejector. Electric cord holder may be made as slider capable to move along the lever.
EFFECT: simplification of plug disconnection from socket.
