SUBSTANCE: from laryngeal side above the surface of cicatricial tissue one should apply a tubus of a rigid bronchoscope to use an optic telescope through it. Then, with the help of light flow transmitted through this optic telescope it is necessary to make cicatricial tissue to be translucent for further detecting the location of a light spot appeared at the surface of cicatricial tissue from the side of tracheostoma. After that one should mark cicatricial tissue in area of a light spot with a dyestuff. In the site of marking it is necessary to carry out laser dissection of cicatricial tissue. Through dissected tissue one should apply the optic telescope into inferior tracheal part for widening the created lumen up to normal sizes due to bougienage with the tubus of the rigid bronchoscope at applying the optic telescope as a guide. The innovation prevents possible complications as a result of traumatization of the nearest structures due to increasing the accuracy of laser dissection of cicatricial tissue along central part of obliterated part of tracheal lumen and fulfilling tracheal bougienage.
