FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and can be used for performing temporary tracheostoma in adults. Longitudinal cut of skin, equal half of length of circumference of tracheostomy cannula or surgeon's little finger, if it is thicker than cannula, is made. Soft tissues are moved apart. Anterior wall of trachea is opened bluntly with clamp end, clamp branches are moved apart in transverse direction. Visual and/or tactile control is realised. Trachea wound is bougieuraged by finger by translational and rotational movement. Wound is extended until finger freely passes into trachea lumen. Haemostasis is realised by obturation of wound cavity with tracheostomy cannula, introduced on trajectory of finger motion.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase method efficiency, reliability and quality of operation due to minimisation of tissue trauma and minimal apnea period, elimination of possibility of haemorrhage development in early postoperative period and elimination of sternotomy wound infection.
