SUBSTANCE: device has delivery system having implantable capsule having an end for delivering active agent and an end for sucking liquid. Reservoir containing active agent is enclosed into the capsule for delivering active agent. Membrane material is available in the capsule end for sucking liquid. It provides a barrier permeable for liquid between internal and external medium of a capsule. One or plurality of internal ledges are arranged in circle near the end for sucking liquid and tightly capturing external surface of the membrane material. Means for holding membrane material is located on the end for sucking liquids and contains an aperture for passage of the liquid. It protects membrane material from being pushed out from the end for sucking liquids. System implementation versions and methods for its manufacturing are disclosed.
EFFECT: reliable retention of membrane material in the capsule.
