FIELD: agriculture; other industries; drying installations intended for the grain-crops and the granulated materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the drying installation intended for the grain-crops and the granulated materials. The drying installation contains the drying chamber, the heating aggregate including the burner coupled with the combustion chamber used for heating of the air flow introduced into the drying chamber, the additional chamber arranged inside the drying chamber so, that it is encircled by the mass of the grain subjected to drying. At that the additional chamber transits into the prolongation of the combustion chamber of the heating aggregate and communicates with it forming the heat exchange device for heating of the drying air. At that the additional chamber is sealed to prevent arrival into the drying chamber of the gases formed at combustion. The gases formed at combustion are transferred directly inside the drying chamber separately from the stream of the drying air. The stream of the drying air is fed through the channel into the central cavity of the drying chamber. The central cavity is limited by the funnel with the perforated surface for keeping the cavity separately from the grain and the granulated materials. The invention should ensure the increase of the effectiveness of the heat-exchange.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase of the effectiveness of the heat-exchange.
