After 30-35 days after immunisation virulent culture M. bovis is injected subcutaneously in dose of 0.0001 mg, and after 30-35 days postmortem study of slaughtered animals is carried out. Assessment of immune status is carried out by index of protection: from 100% to 67% - high capacity of immunomodulator, 66-43% - medium, from 42% - low.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of assessment with reduction of material expenses.
