FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the operation of pipeline systems, in particular, to cleaning the inner surface of pipelines, and can be used for cleaning the inner cavity of a pipeline from asphalt resin and paraffin deposits and scale. Apparatus for cleaning the inner surface of a pipeline comprises a cylindrical body with a front and a back ends, with an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the pipeline. Multiple spaced channels are formed on said cylindrical surface of the body. Each channel therein has a spiral structure, with an elongated brush element located in each of said channels. The channels are directed clockwise and counterclockwise simultaneously, crossing one another.
EFFECT: high-quality cleaning of the inner surface of a pipeline, increase in the useful operating life of the apparatus.
