FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of production of the alloying additives for production of alloys.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy industry. Method of production of the additives including production of the alloys for production of the different alloys consists in smelting of the basic metal and the working ingredients, their intermixing, filtering and crystallization at the volumetric chilling of the smelt with the different velocities for crushing the particles of the intermetallic compounds. For increasing the additives stability during preparation of the alloys and for raising their quality due to utilization of the additives of the solid solution for substitution-implementation type - the smelt of additive is subjected to crystallization in the centrifuges force field with the gravitation coefficient being within the range from 20 up to 240. The process of the crystallization and the following treatment of the ingot conduct during the time interval equal to the ratio: t =m3/akg, where "a" - the coefficient,kg - the coefficient of the gravitation,m3 - the relative mass of the ingredients dissolved in the additive. The technical result of the invention consists in production of the additives, which are more stable against overheatings ensuring the ideal solubility of the own die with the working ingredients in the smelt of the basic smelt, that results in sharp (up to 25-30 %) increase of its technical properties.
EFFECT: the invention allows to produce the additives more stable against overheatings, ensures the ideal solubility of the own die with the working ingredients in the smelt of the basic smelt, that results in the 25-30 percent increase of their technical properties.
