FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be implemented for production of alloying additives of solid solution of replacement-intrusion kind at production of alloys. The procedure consists in melting basic metal and soluble ingredients and in crystallising melt of specified chemical composition with cooling uniform volume of melt in centrifuge field of force. Also melt is cooled in centrifuge field of force till temperature of melt comes to temperature of beginning of crystallisation process. A cooling cast of produced alloying additive is treated in centrifuge field of force till it reaches temperature of crystallisation process completion. Said melt is crystallised in a lined heated mould of the centrifuge rotor with coefficient of gravitation of field of force from 20 to 500. Additionally, melt is processed in field of force of centrifuge at rate 0.5-10°/sec of uniform volume cooling in the mould of tapped melt. Notably, melt is heated over temperature of liquidus, value of which ensures time of melt liquid phase existence sufficient for complete dissolution of ingredients in it.
EFFECT: production of alloying additives more stable to overheating and ensuring ideal dissolution of their matrix with working ingredients in melt of basic alloy, which results in rapid - up to 25-30 % - upgrading its operating properties.
