FIELD: measuring technique; inspection of power influences.

SUBSTANCE: power-measuring device has elastic member (massive cylindrical rod) with dead opening, onto end of which rod the thread is made. One end of fastened metal smaller diameter rod is aligned in the first rod. There are miniature magnet system with constant gradient of magnetic field induction and magneto-sensitive Hall element at edges of rods. Magneto-sensitive system and Hall element form micro-shifts transducer. Permanent magnets are made of supercritical materials. Space between rods is filled with material being capable of damping oscillations, for example, of silicone. There is amplifier under case, which amplifier is made on base of operational amplifier. Device is capable of measuring force/power which acts either along longitudinal axis of rod or in perpendicular to it (micro-shifts at bent are fixed depending on version of making.

EFFECT: Improved precision of measurement.
