FIELD: non-destructive control of physical and mechanical properties of product of ferromagnetic material, possible use for controlling quality of thermo-processing of welded seams.
SUBSTANCE: hardness of metal welded connection is measured in one or several points. On basis of degree of decrease of produced results after thermal processing, quality of thermal processing of welded connection is evaluated. Registered additionally is magnetic dissipation field above welded connection before and after thermal processing. Its irregularity is determined. On basis of degree of decrease of irregularity of magnetic dissipation field after thermal processing relatively to irregularity of magnetic dissipation field before thermal processing, quality of thermal processing of welded connection is evaluated.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities, increased trustworthiness of results and control quality due to gathering of more complete information about quality of thermo-processing of welded seam, visualization of control results.
