SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and can be used to diagnose the attachment of preeclampsia in pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension in gestation terms of 24-37 weeks. Essence of the invention is that the relative content of CD11b+ cells in a population of lymphocytes in women with chronic arterial hypertension in 24-37 weeks of gestation is determined, and at a value of more than 19.8%, the attachment of preeclampsia is diagnosed. Accuracy of the method is 91.7%, sensitivity is 88.2%, specificity is 96.2%.

EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to diagnose preeclampsia with high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity in pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension, expands the set of diagnostic tools for this pathology, which contributes to the reduction of severe complications in pregnancy, at childbearing associated with the development of preeclampsia in this category of patients, decrease in the frequency of perinatal pathology.
