FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves resecting crown part of loose tooth. Curettage is performed in paracrown zone with tooth root region detoxication being done with the exception for crown part saw cut line and intraosseous parts. Bone autograft is taken from the chin region or oblique line region and placed in the bone defect region as crushed substance or as blocks fixed with titanium microscrews. Tooth root and bone defect surrounding it is covered with membrane fixed with single microscrew in root canal and with two microscrews from the vestibular and oral sides of alveolar process. After bone tissue being formed, root is opened 3-6 months later, and membrane is deleted, plastic vestibulum repair and crown part is restored by means of artificial crown on stump insert or by fixing the earlier excised own crown.
EFFECT: retained and reliably stabilized teeth; and eliminated implant rejection; favorable conditions for restoring bone tissue.
