SUBSTANCE: in a module containing a housing including a power supply connected to a control panel with a digital liquid crystal screen, optical emitters aligned with lead lightguides of monofiber radiators, attachments, an adder collector connecting the lead lightguides to the output lightguide to which the attachments are connected, as well as laser drivers of optical radiation sources, regulating the pulse fronts from low-frequency to high-frequency optical radiation, according to the invention, sources of optical radiation emit wave pulses in the ranges of 1262-1272 nm and 756-764 nm corresponding to the local peak of oxygen absorption in tissues apart from second harmonic radiation obtained by doubling the generated frequency with wavelengths in the range of 635×5 nm and 380±5 nm, respectively, in the nanosecond mode with an average radiation power of 1 mW - 20 W, radiation power amplitude in the range of 50 to 100 W of each channel, the pulse duration being 10 ns - 1 mcs, duration of the second harmonic pulses being 10 ns - 1 mcs, and the second harmonic pulse is turned on after the minimum possible time after the end of the main channel pulse, duration of the pause between the pulses of the main radiation is 10 ns - 2 mcs, duration of the pause between the pulses of the second harmonic is 10 ns - 2 mcs, and pulse trains, between which pauses with duration of 1 mcs - 10 sec are provided.
EFFECT: point and deeper penetration into bone tissue.
