FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine and is intended for removal of gum recession. Cut of oral cavity mucosa from molars of left side to molars of right side, indenting 8-12 mm from mucogingival junction. In area of teeth with recessions intrafurrow cuts are made. Mucosa of oral cavity is separated from orbicular muscle, submucosal tissues. Periosteum is displaced in apical direction. Zone of alveolar process digiscention is sceletonised. After that, bone transplant with size 15-25 mm X 8-15 mm from zone of intra-mouth localisation taken. From cortical layer of transplant 1 - 1.5 mm thick plates, which in width are by 2-4 mm larger than digiscention and which are used to cover it, are formed, plates being fixed by means of miniscrews. From spongy layer of transplant bone crumbs are prepared, which is distributed between plates.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of gum recession recurrence, ensure long-term result of treatment.
