Abstract RU 2216293 C1

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with operations of intraosseous implantation to restore defects in tooth row. One should form an opening at vestibular wall of alveolar process through which it is necessary to remove the part of tooth's root and pathological tissues. Crown part of the tooth should be cut up to gingival level, an opening should be made of root's canal to introduce implant and fix it in bony tissue. Moreover, implant's pericervical part should be treated with fixing cement. Caput is introduced into implant and one should fix a crown on it. The suggested method enables to keep annular dental ligament and that of dentogingival fixation, improve implant's fixation and achieve improved functional and esthetic results of therapy conducted. EFFECT: higher efficiency of implantation. 2 ex
