FIELD: manufacture of surface members from thin metallic sheet.
SUBSTANCE: method for making surface member comprises steps of placing at least one strengthening member on surface of metallic sheet, practically in parallel with surface of metallic sheet; cementing thermoplastic surface layer covering metallic sheet and strengthening members with them by forcing said layer for bonding metallic sheet and strengthening members and forming surface member; at cementing heating thermoplastic surface layer in such a way that to provide its matching with outer surface for forming lining of surface member.
EFFECT: manufacture of surface member with use of thin metallic sheet with improved properties.
