BINDING AGENT (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B7/153

Abstract RU 2296724 C1

FIELD: constructional engineering; production of the slag-alkaline binding agents.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the compositions of the slag-alkaline binding agents and may be used in the industrial and constructional engineering for preparation of the building mortars and concretes. The binding agent including the granular blast-furnace slag, the alkaline component - the liquid glass and the filler contains the liquid glass with density of 1.3 g/cm3 with the silica modulus n=1.5, and as the filler - the ceramic brickbats containing 10-14 mass % of the feldspars at the following components ratio (in mass %): the granular blast-furnace slag - 58.9-68.2, the indicated ceramic brickbats - 22.8-31.7, the indicated alkaline component - 9.0-9.4 or the granular blast-furnace slag - 31.2-40.4, the indicated ceramic brickbats - 49.3-58.0, the indicated alkaline component - 10.3-10.8. In the alternative version the binding agent including the granular blast-furnace slag, the alkaline component and the filler as the alkaline component contains the water solution of the soda ash with the density of 1.15 g/cm3, and as the filler - the ceramic brickbats containing 10-14 mass % of the feldspars at the following components ratio (in mass %): the granular blast-furnace slag - 57.1-66.7, the indicated ceramic brickbats - 28.6-38.0, the indicated alkaline component- 4.7-4.9, or the granular blast-furnace slag - 28.4-38.0, the indicated ceramic brickbats - 56.9-66.3, the indicated alkaline component - 5.1-5.3. The technical result of the invention is the increased compression strength as well as the decreased cost price and expanded range of the raw materials base for production of the alkaline-slag binding agents.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased compression strength of the alkaline-slag binding agents as well as the decreased their cost price and expanded range of the raw materials base for their production.
