FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used in making concrete and solutions based on binder alkaline activation. Clinkerless cement of alkaline activation includes reaction-active component, mineral powder and alkaline activator. Reaction-active component used is silicified marl. Silicified marl ground to a specific surface of 1150 m2/kg, further heat treated in a muffle furnace at 700 °C. Silicified marl is then mixed with mineral powder of volcanic tuff. Volcanic tuff is preliminarily milled to specific surface of 905 m2/kg, then it is activated with an alkaline solution. Alkaline solution is prepared based on sodium hydroxide and liquid sodium glass with a silicate modulus of 2.8 and density of 1.24 g/cm3. Components are used in the following ratio, wt. %: thermally activated marl - 34.8–67.0; volcanic tuff - 21.4–51.2; liquid glass Na2SiO3 - 11.0–13.0; sodium hydroxide NaOH - 0.6–1.0.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of physical and mechanical properties of end product.
