FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Deformation-hardening composite based on slag-alkali binder containing granulated blast-furnace slag with grain size less than 10 microns more than 50%, grain size less than 60 microns more than 97%, liquid glass with a density of 1.3 g/cm3 with a silicate modulus equal to 1.5, filler - rice husk with a specific surface area of 510 m2/kg, heat-treated at 400°C, sodium hydroxide, additionally containing polypropylene fiber with a diameter of 20 microns and a length of 6 mm, quartz sand with a fraction of 0.06 to 2 mm and water in the following ratio of components, vol.%: granulated blast-furnace slag 38.95 - 44.05; rice husk 8.44 - 8.74; liquid glass 9.2 - 9.4; sodium hydroxide 1.8 - 1.9; quartz sand 4.27 - 4.51; polypropylene fiber 3.4 - 3.6; water is the rest.
EFFECT: increase in ultimate strength in bending, high values of fracture work, strain hardening after the formation of the first microcrack and increase in specimen deflection.
