FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of concrete and solutions based on binders of alkaline activation. The method of producing a mineral-alkaline binder based on technogenic raw materials is characterized by the fact that the aspiration dust of electrostatic precipitators of rotary kilns and finely ground silicified marl in the presence of alkaline activators are mixed, and the specified aspiration dust with a specific surface area of 280 m2/kg in an amount of 33.6-66.2 wt. % is used. Silicified marl crushed to a specific surface area of 550 m2 /kg in an amount of 21.4-51.2 wt. % is used. Stirring is carried out for 2 minutes with further activation for 2-3 minutes in the presence of an alkaline solution based on sodium hydroxide in an amount of 11.8-14.2 wt. % and liquid sodium glass with a silicate modulus of 2.4, density of 1.42 g/cm3 in an amount of 0.6-1 wt. %.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency by reducing the cost and improving the physical and mechanical properties of the final product, as well as expanding the raw material base of clinkerless technology due to the use of cement industry waste activated with an alkaline solution, which does not require heat treatment and prolonged grinding.
