FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of slag-lime binder and can be used in underground and transport construction for making concrete and mortar with high impact strength. Binder containing granulated blast-furnace slag with grain size less than 10 mcm more than 50 %, size less than 60 mcm more than 97 %, liquid glass with density of 1.3 g/cm3 with silicate module equal to 1.5, heat treated at temperature 400 °C rice husks with microparticles with size of less than 1 mcm of more than 80 %, size of less than 30 mcm greater than 98 %, sodium hydroxide, finely ground rubber crumb from spent tires with particle size of less than 0.315 mm, with the following ratio of components, wt%: granulated blast-furnace slag 78.5–82.6, liquid glass 8.5–8.9, heat-treated rice husks 2.7–4.5, rubber crumbs 2.4–4.3, sodium hydroxide – the rest.

EFFECT: creation of binder for producing stone with high impact strength at dynamic effects.
