FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use for measuring shaft rotation speed.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, stator is held on shaft being controlled in form of magnets, located on tool holders. Stator is also present in form of magnets, held in their own tool holders, oriented along generatrix lines of cylindrical surface. Another end of stator holders is overhung on base of cylindrical surface. Mounted in positions where stator holders are overhung are fiber coils, optically synchronized with coherent light source and photo-receiver in interferometer. During rotation of shaft, magnets of rotor pass by stator magnets and affect these with their magnetic field. At the same time, overhung stator holders mechanically affect fiber coils of interferometer, at output of which signal appears, frequency of which is proportional to angular rotation speed of shaft.
EFFECT: ensured phase takeoff of information about shaft rotation frequency.
