FIELD: physics, measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns measuring technics and can be used in tachometry, for example, for measuring of angular velocity of gyration of the rowing screw surface or underwater waterborne vehicle. The invention consists that on the controllable arbour erect a curl in the form of elastic holders, uniformly located along forming a cylindrical surface, coaxial to the arbour. On the extremities of the holders anchor constant magnets. Near to a curl mount a stator in a view of the anchored beam in cantilever fashion on which free extremity the electromagnet is anchored. In the stator's basis two fibre reels, optically related in an interferometer with a radiant of coherent light and a photodetector are erected. The beam ctatopa with a negative allowance is mounted in a core of the subject fibre reel of an interferometer in the warrant ctatopa. At gyration of a curl under the influence of a centrifugal force of the elastic holder a curl will be declined from an arbour spin axis to periphery. Target signal of a measuring instrument is the difference in phase of interfering beams, transformed by an interferometer in amplitude in a wide dynamic gamut.

EFFECT: increase of measurement accuracy of angular gyration velocity.
