FIELD: determination of transport vehicle passing through portion of fare highway.
SUBSTANCE: transport vehicle includes in addition to location detecting system transmitting/receiving unit tuned for exchanging data with cell-wise organized radio network. In said radio network each cell corresponds at least to cell identification. At least at partial fault of location detecting system it is possible to detect with use of cell identification if portion of highway used by transport vehicle is fare road portion or not.
EFFECT: possibility for determining transport vehicle location even at fault of location detecting system.
