SUBSTANCE: device for holding disk-shaped data carrier (6), for example, CD disk or DVD disk, having a central aperture, contains base (5), device (1,2,3,4) for engaging disk-shaped data carrier for engaging central aperture of disk-shaped data carrier (6) with its possible release, having holding means (1) for engaging disk-shaped data carrier (6) and holding on device and releasing means (2,3,4), which when pressed releases holding means (1) from engagement with disk-shaped data carrier (6) so that disk-shaped data carrier (6) may be extracted from device, in which extractable protective means (7) is used for forbidding activation of disk-shaped data carrier (6).
EFFECT: usage of device for holding a disk-shaped data carrier with protective device for preventing extraction of disk-shaped data carrier.
