FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electrically insulated elongated casing and movable part mounted to enable the casing to move, working members placed on distal ends of the casing and the movable part, tube placed along the casing and connected to electric power supply source and electrically connected to working members, control units mounted on distal ends of the casing and the movable part and additional unit for applying clamps having pusher movable along the casing, spring-loaded stopper mounted on the transverse axle placed on the working end of the pusher and anvil with die for bending clamps mounted on internal side of the working member of the movable part and shovel longitudinally movable relative to the casing and having blade on the lateral side set in perpendicular to the axle. The working member of the casing is made in the form of the second blade forming guillotine scissors with the first blade. Slot for clamps is provided on the distal end of the casing. Pusher position fixing member is additionally included into the design for making operation easy. The fixing member is flat spring which one end is attached to the casing and the second one has pin. The pusher has recess for the pin to find place there. Hook is placed on the lateral surface of the shovel. EFFECT: wider range of functional applications. 7 dwg
