FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for flotation cleaning of industrial and domestic liquid media from organic impurities. Device for flotation treatment of liquid media includes inlet (1) and outlet (2) piping, body (3), foam collector (4), plate (5), device (6) for introducing air into the liquid medium to be cleaned, an air bubble generator consisting of plate (5), flow divider (8) and injector (10). In separate cases air bubble generator uses device (7) to fix plate to the supply line and the mesh. Inlet (1) and outlet (2) pipelines are connected to housing (3). Device for introducing air (6) into the liquid medium to be cleaned is placed on inlet pipe (1). Foam container (4) is located in body (3) on the surface of the liquid medium to be cleaned. Outlet pipeline (2) is located below the level of the liquid medium to be cleaned. Nozzle 10 is mounted coaxially with outlet end of inlet pipeline (1). Plate (5) is located under nozzle (10) and is fixed perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. Surface of plate (5), oriented towards nozzle (10), is roughened. On rough surface of the plate coaxially with nozzle (10), flow divider (8) is installed in form of axisymmetric geometrical figure whose apex points toward nozzle (10) and whose cross-section diameter increases in direction from nozzle to plate (5). Diameter of flow section of nozzle (10) is determined according to the condition taking into account the mass flow rate of the liquid medium, the density of the liquid medium, and the empirical coefficient.

EFFECT: technical result is shortening of cleaning time of the liquid medium from organic impurities.
