FIELD: mining industry, possible use for controlling mining pressure during underground extraction of inclined beds of mineral resources.
SUBSTANCE: method includes construction of rock packs in extracted space, 2-3 meters wide with 2,5-5 meter spaces between them. Pneumatic tanks are mounted on packs of given height. Minimal width of packs is selected to be greater than width of pneumatic tank. With construction of pack, flexible binding elements are placed onto it at height equal to 0,5 of its final height, with length, exceeding width of pack perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis. After construction of pack limiting plates are connected to ends of binding elements across whole height and pack is tightened. Then pneumatic tanks are placed onto pack with their long sides placed perpendicularly to axis of pack. Wooden supports are placed on the sides of pneumatic tanks, height of which exceeds height of pneumatic tank in folded state. After roof is lowered onto wooden supports, pneumatic tanks are removed from pack. Height of packs is determined from ratio: ho=mo-ht (m), where ho - height of pack, m; mo - thickness of formation being extracted, m; ht - height of pneumatic tank in working condition, m.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of roof control.
