SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing culture of genetically non-modified mesenchymal stem cells and a method for treatment of autoimmune and rheumatic diseases. Biotransplant used in treatment of autoimmune and rheumatic diseases comprises mesenchymal stem cells prepared from fetal, donor or autologic material. Tissue is homogenized and prepared cellular suspension is resuspended and cultured in growth medium containing transferrin, insulin, fibroblast growth factor and heparin up to accumulation of mature stroma cells in the culture. Method for treatment of autoimmune and rheumatic diseases involves intravenous drop administration of mesenchymal stem cells in the dose from 50 to 500 mln in 50-100 ml of physiological solution or in infucol. Invention provides prolonged remission of autoimmune and rheumatic diseases by data of clinical picture, positive dynamics of immunologic indices and improvement of motor activity of a patient in case of rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis.
