FIELD: the invention refers to testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: the press includes a foundation, a power hydraulic cylinder with a piston on which there is a pushing roller, a cross-arm with two passive supporting rollers, located symmetrically in relation to the pushing roller, a system of a hydraulic drive of weighting and a system of measuring power and deformation of the tested rail. The cross-arm with the passive supporting rollers and ancillary rollers is fulfilled in the shape of a box protecting from the fragments of the breaking rails and is fastened directly on the power hydraulic cylinder fulfilled in the shape of a basis with fastening elements on the foundation or on the floor of a transport vehicle.
EFFECT: reduces weight and dimensions of the construction.
