SUBSTANCE: hydro-acoustic means for controlling filling of fish spawning locations contains, sequentially connected: emitting route, receiving-emitting antenna, receiving route, counting-logical block, computing block, block for forming output data and indicator. Connected to counting-logical block are, serially connected, second receiving antenna and receiving route. Connected to block for forming output data is receiving-transmitting device, connected to counting-logical block and to computing block.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of control over filling of fish spawning locations.
