METHOD FOR MODELING ADHESIVE PROCESS IN ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2299478 C1

FIELD: medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing the ways for predicting, treating and preventing adhesive disease of abdominal cavity. Before obtaining an antigen animals should got a mechanical trauma onto serosa of large and small intestines; one should sample adhesive tissue in 65-70 d; isolation of water-soluble antigens out of adhesive tissue should be fulfilled due to its disintegration and water-saline extraction with subsequent obtaining hyperimmune anti-adhesion blood serum due to 5-fold injection of increasing concentration of antigen every 3-4 h from 0.1 up to 0.3 mg/ml at the background of immunomodulators and 5-fold intravenous injection of serum for animals followed by laparotomy in 14-15 d and injection of alumosilicate-fixed water-soluble antigen out of adhesive tissue into abdominal cavity. The innovation provides adequate reproducible model for successful therapy and prophylaxis of adhesive disease of abdominal cavity.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
