FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, and can be used for prediction of postoperative adhesion process in experiment. An experimental animal – a rat under anesthesia of a medial laparotomy is performed, and a commissural process is simulated. Blood is sampled on 3rd postoperative day. If observing fibrinolysis inhibition, namely blood plasma concentration lower than 2 % and Hageman-dependent fibrinolysis time more than 10 min, development of adhesive process is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides predicting the probability of the adhesion process developing as a result of determining the laboratory parameters of the haemostasis coagulation link and blood fibrinolysis in the postoperative adhesive process.
