SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering. The device contains a set of blocks for monitoring the parameters of the elements of the transmission channel of the communication channel, which are made with the ability to measure the average values of the parameters of the controlled elements of the transmission channel of the communication channel, each of which is connected in series with the unit for calculating the deviations of the measured parameters, the unit for normalizing the deviations of the measured parameters and the adder, the second information output of the test message generator is connected to the unit for storing the reference values of the complex parameter of the transmission path state, units for calculating and storing statistical characteristics and units for storing normalization coefficients, while the outputs of the units for calculating and storing statistical characteristics are connected to the corresponding units for calculating the deviations of the measured parameters, and the outputs of the units for storing the coefficients standardization are connected to the corresponding blocks for the normalization of deviations of the measured parameters, the outputs of the adder and the block for storing the reference values of the complex parameter of the state of the transmitting communication path are connected to the comparison unit, the output of which is connected to the user interface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing accuracy of determining the state of the transmission path of the communication channel.
